Returns & Refunds


Here at the Nappy & More Eco Store we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a happiness guarantee policy!

This means that if you are not completely happy with your order you are welcome to return the products for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Change of mind items must be returned within 14 days of receiving and in original packaging for a full refund.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons there are no refunds for cloth nappies and products that have been washed, worn or used.

If there is a fault with the product please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days of receiving the product) and we will try to
rectify the issue and offer an exchange, refund or store credit.  

How to return


1.   Lodge a return/refund/request enquiry by emailing

2.   Reference your order number and email address used when placing the order and provide purchase receipt.

3.   Advise which item/s you wish to return and why and your preference for exchange or refund or store credit.




Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund, exchange or store credit. If you are approved for the refund then your
refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

REFUND POLICY for Nappy Hire : Refunds can only be issued before your hire package has been sent to you, and within 30 days of your payment being received. All refunds will incur $25 administration fee. Once you have received your hire package no refunds can be offered. You can however send your package back early if needed. We do not offer partial refunds if you decide to send your package back early as per our Terms and Conditions of Nappy hire
