Modern cloth nappy Workshop – City of Melville

The Nappy Guru will show you how using and maintaining cloth nappies can be simple.
Reusable nappies can be stylish, don’t need pins and reduce the waste in your bins and our landfills.
No need to bring anything to this workshop – just attend! Workshops slides will be emailed to you or you can download them at the workshop. If you have nappies already and have questions about them – you are welcome to bring those along.
City of Melville residents who attend the workshop are eligible for a 50% rebate (up to $100 rebate) for the purchase or hire of modern cloth nappies (if they have not claimed it before). A child can use around 4,000 nappies during their younger years. It takes around 500 years for disposable nappies to decompose in a landfill. Disposable nappies are also considerably more expensive, around double the cost of modern cloth nappies cost annually.
